NO SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY
No Show/Cancellation Policy
Clients booking services exceeding 2 hours of service must provide a $150 deposit.
Cancellation: If canceled 24 hours before the appointment, the full deposit will be refunded.
No Show: Clients who do not show will forfeit their $150 deposit.
Reschedule: Clients calling on the appointment day can use their $150 deposit for a rescheduled appointment. However, to utilize the deposit fully, clients must call at least 3 hours before the appointment. Otherwise, only half of the deposit will go towards the rescheduled appointment.
